DPDP Compliance
Gardener Support India is committed to respecting your rights under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act), India’s comprehensive data protection law. This page explains how we comply with the DPDP Act and how you can exercise your rights as a data principal.
Scope and Applicability
The DPDP Act applies to the processing of digital personal data within India. While Gardener Support India does not collect or store personal data through user registration or accounts, we may automatically collect limited digital data such as IP addresses, browser types, and usage patterns via analytics tools and cookies for website functionality and improvement. This data is processed solely for legitimate business purposes and in compliance with the DPDP Act.
Your Rights Under the DPDP Act
As a data principal, you have the following rights under the DPDP Act:
- Right to access your digital personal data held by us
- Right to correction or completion of inaccurate or incomplete data
- Right to withdrawal of consent for any processing based on your consent
- Right to grievance redressal if you believe your data has been processed unlawfully
Please note: Since we do not maintain a user database or collect identifiable personal data for profiling or marketing, most rights apply only if you have voluntarily provided identifiable information via contact forms or emails.
How We Comply
We ensure compliance with the DPDP Act by:
- Only collecting data necessary for website operation and analytics
- Using anonymized or aggregated data wherever possible
- Not sharing personal data with third parties without explicit consent

Data We Process
The only personal data we may process includes:
- IP addresses (automatically collected for security and analytics)
- Browser and device information (for website optimization)
- Information voluntarily submitted via contact forms (name, email, message)
We do not collect sensitive personal data such as biometrics, health information, or financial details.
Legal Basis for Processing
Our processing of data is based on:
- Consent — when you voluntarily submit information via contact forms
- Legitimate interest — for website functionality, security, and performance analytics
We do not engage in profiling, automated decision-making, or large-scale data processing.
